We determine the service needs and levels (SLA) of our customers together, follow the current IT systems, and provide operational support by intervening when necessary.

We meet L2, L3 support needs such as problem-solving and configuration about the system, network, operating system, and other software which include in the IT Inventory within the scope of support agreement proactively and fast.
