Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Automate your standard business processes with Robusta's advanced robots.
1. Process Design Studio (PDS)
Robusta Process Design Studio is the main component that records the entire process in business process automation and ensures the management of the process. Providing a practical digitalization of certain processes with its visual interface, PDS creates the workflow process by recording in the interfaces of the applications.
Robusta, observing user behavior instead of recording each step separately, captures the correct movements on the screen and converts them into logical steps. PDS, working regardless of the position and size of the elements on the screen, can easily be moved to different systems with screen resolution and size and can work uninterruptedly thanks to its operation-based structure.
The simple code structure offered by Process Design Studio can be easily enriched by adding programmatic control logic. The ability to perform all these operations during the process makes PDS different from similar ones.
The person using Robusta, for example, after logging into an application, can search and create a report. Automation can be started by transforming all this into a process in a single recording session. PDS allows you to record many actions, including clicking buttons and links in presentation layers, typing in input boxes, selecting from a pop-up menu.
Besides, it also supports more advanced operations thanks to its component library. For instance, processes such as capturing structured data on a web page or waiting until a visual appears on the screen can be performed with PDS.
Robusta supports human-attended or unattended process automation. In addition, a BPM (Business Process Management) embedded in BPMN 2.0 standards and BRM (Business Rule Management) tools with which they can manage business rules are provided. Thus, our customers separate the business rules from the process flow logic and put them under the control of the end-user.
2. Process Orchestrator
Robusta Process Orchestrator, where the system administrator can see the business process through the eyes of the robot, maintains process integrity by distributing the workload to digital employees. The number of robots in the system, whether there is a designated agenda for them, as well as their working status, and their stability status can also be followed via PO. It is possible to reassign robots in different processes through Process Orchestrator. The flexibility and scalability features of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) are realized through this tool.
Features of Robusta Process Orchestrator
Event Scheduler: It allows specific robot action and business processes to be run at specified conditions and time.
Monitoring / Recording: The process can be monitored by creating detailed log files for all processes. A special monitoring interface provided to end-users makes job tracking easier.
Reporting Engine: End-users can access statistics related to robots and business processes through reports and dashboards. These statistical analyses can be used to analyze and optimize the business process.
User Management: It provides Role-Based Access features for end-users. It works integrated with LDAP and Active Directory.
Secure Storage: Robots will need login information to operate with existing applications. This information should be stored and managed securely. Secure login and distribution of authority are provided by the Secure Store.
Event Listener: It monitors certain processes and events in the system and ensures that predetermined actions are performed accordingly. For example, when an e-mail arrives, a specific transaction occurs in the database, it starts the defined process.
3. Digital Worker
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, which enables to automate repetitive and rule-based processes and activities in a short period of time by using software and algorithms, is revolutionary for the business world. The building block of the system designed by Robusta with the Process Design Studio and Process Orchestrator tools is digital workers, namely software robots.
A digital worker performs the tasks set for itself, just like a real employee. However, it provides important advantages:
It works 365 days, 24 hours a day.
It can be added to and removed from the workforce at any time.
Changes of task can be made at any time.
Repetitive tasks do not reduce its productivity.
It does not make mistakes, it always functions the same.
It reports all processes that it made.
It can work with minimum intervention.
There are no human-made data leaks and fraud.
4. Process Runner
For call centers, it is extremely important to use the time that their employees spend with customers effectively. Robusta Process Runner automatically performs the necessary operations on the systems as a result of the conversation with the customers while the employees are in contact with the customers. Thus, while the employee focuses on the real need of the customer, a significant reduction in the time spent with the customer is achieved.
